Returns Policy
- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and it is the customers responsibility to have their items collected from the warehouse.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
- Returns / Exchange must be initiated within 5 days of the delivery date.
- The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or size exchange can be issued.
- GILIO cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned.
- Garments that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence, please take care when trying on the garments.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items marked as SALE.
- Only authorized returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorization will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their garment.
- Accessory items such as bags, jewellery , perfumes are non-refundable.
